Pickup Expectations
Learn what customers should do before rentals are picked up, including cleaning expectations, organizing rentals, and avoiding additional charges.
To help ensure a smooth pickup, please have your rentals ready before our team arrives.
Before pickup:
Group rental items together whenever possible.
Remove food, decorations, and personal belongings.
Shake off loose dirt or debris.
Linens should be free of food and debris but do not need to be laundered.
Do not place wet linens in bags or containers.
Please stack tables and chairs as they were upon delivery (unless breakdown service was selected).
If not completed, a fee of $1 per chair and $2 per table will be applied.
Rentals should be returned in reasonably clean condition. Excessive dirt, stains, burns, missing items, or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional cleaning or replacement charges.
