  • We are available 7 days a week from 9 AM to 7 PM. You can reach us by phone at 512-255-0646, and all messages are returned promptly. While after-hours calls may sometimes be answered, the fastest way to receive a quote is by emailing events@rentalshc.com or submitting a quote through our website.

  • Yes! Installation is included for tents, lighting, bars, and dance floors. For items like tables and chairs, setup and take-down services are available for an additional fee. Please make arrangements in advance to ensure availability.

  • Yes! We now offer Pickup options from our Warehouse in New Braunfels, TX. Our warehouse address is 1361 Wald Rd, New Braunfels TX 78132 Unit 1-3. Please schedule your appointment ahead of time.

    We also offer Delivery options throughout the Texas Hill Country (typically within a 3 hour driving distance from New Braunfels, Texas).

  • All private orders require a 50% (non-refundable) deposit to confirm and secure the rental items for your reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, ACH Transfer and Check.

  • We understand that guest counts and event details can change. Minor adjustments to your order are common and can usually be accommodated. To ensure availability, we recommend making changes at least one week before delivery. We’ll do our best to meet your needs!
