Ordering & Booking

  • Getting started is easy. Click Browse Rentals or View Inventory, then use the plus icon to add items to your wishlist. When you’re ready, click Submit to enter your event details and send your wishlist to us.

    We’ll review everything and send you a detailed, itemized quote within 24 hours. A member of our team will also reach out if we have any questions or recommendations.

  • Once you receive your quote, simply click Agree, sign the rental agreement, and submit your deposit directly through the quote email.

    Items are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are officially secured once the deposit is paid. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability.

  • We recommend reserving rentals as early as possible, especially for popular weekends and peak seasons. Booking early helps ensure availability of your preferred items and delivery dates.

Payments & Pricing

  • Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your rental items. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event date.

  • We accept major credit and debit cards, ACH or bank transfers, checks, apple pay and cash. If you plan to pay by check, please contact us in advance for instructions.

  • Yes. Our standard delivery fee typically ranges from $100 to $300, depending on your distance from New Braunfels and the size and scope of your order.

    All delivery and pickup details are discussed upfront so there are no surprises.

Delivery, Pickup & Setup

  • Yes. We offer both delivery and customer pickup options.

    Warehouse Pickup
    Pickup is available from our warehouse in New Braunfels, TX by appointment only.

    Delivery
    We deliver throughout the Texas Hill Country, typically within a 3-hour driving radius of New Braunfels, TX. Delivery fees vary based on distance and order size.

  • Yes. Setup and takedown services are available for an additional fee for items such as tables and chairs. Pricing varies based on the size and scope of the order and is quoted on a case-by-case basis.

    Installation is included for tents, lighting, bars, and dance floors. Please let us know your setup needs in advance to ensure availability and proper planning.

  • Yes. Our standard delivery fee typically ranges from $100 to $300, depending on your distance from New Braunfels and the size and scope of your order.

Rental Period & Changes

  • All rental pricing includes a guaranteed 3-day rental window, which accounts for delivery and pickup days.

    We are generally flexible, and as long as items are not out for more than 5 days, there is typically no additional charge. Longer-term rentals are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • We understand that guest counts and event details can change. Minor adjustments are common and can usually be accommodated.

    To ensure availability, we recommend submitting any changes at least one week prior to delivery. While we’ll always do our best to help, changes made closer to the event date may be subject to availability.

  • Yes. If you need items for longer than the standard rental window, please contact us as early as possible so we can confirm availability and provide extended pricing if needed.

Tents, Weather & Safety

  • All tents must be professionally installed by our team for safety and liability reasons. Depending on the surface, tents may be secured using stakes or weighted ballast systems.

    Some venues or locations may require permits. If applicable, we’ll help guide you through those requirements.

  • Tents are designed to provide coverage from sun and light rain, but extreme weather conditions may require adjustments for safety. Our team will communicate with you if weather conditions impact installation or event plans.

  • Please still contact us! We have access to most Tents you can imagine to make your Event look incredible.

  • Yes, Tents are secured with stakes or weights depending on the surface. Our team will determine the best and safest option for your location. We may need access to a water source/spigot if Tent Barrels are required.

Damage, Cancellations & Policies

  • You are responsible for rented items from delivery until pickup. If an item is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, replacement or repair costs may apply.

    We offer an optional damage waiver that can help reduce financial responsibility for accidental damage.

  • If you need to cancel or reduce your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations or reductions made outside of the final two weeks before delivery may qualify for partial refunds. Orders canceled closer to the event date are typically non-refundable once items have been reserved.
