Learn how to prepare your event site before delivery, including accessibility, tent installation requirements, and utility marking.

Preparing your site before delivery helps ensure a smooth installation.

Please make sure:

• The setup area is clear and accessible.

• Vehicles and obstacles have been removed.

• Pets are secured.

• Gates are unlocked or access instructions have been provided.

• Underground utilities have been marked before any tent installation.

• Layout has been communicated with the HCER Team.

If your event includes a tent that will be staked into the ground, underground utility lines must be marked before installation. Call 811 well in advance of your event to request utility marking.

Won't you be there for delivery? No problem!

If you won't be on-site during your delivery, please make sure the setup locations are clearly marked and that you've provided us with a layout or detailed placement instructions before your delivery date. This helps our team ensure everything is placed exactly where you'd like it.
