To help us serve all of our customers efficiently, deliveries and pickups are scheduled within designated time windows rather than at exact times.
Standard Delivery Window
Our standard delivery window is:
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Your rentals may arrive at any time within this window.
Morning Delivery:
If you need an earlier arrival, you may request a Morning Delivery Window:
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Morning delivery is subject to availability.
Afternoon Delivery:
You may also request an Afternoon Delivery Window:
1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Afternoon delivery is subject to availability.
After-Hours Delivery
If your event requires delivery outside of our standard business hours, after-hours delivery may be available for an additional fee. Please contact our team to discuss your event's scheduling needs.
Can I Choose an Exact Delivery Time?
We offer pinpoint delivery for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please let our team know when requesting your quote or before finalizing your reservation if you'd like to request an exact delivery time.
When Will My Rentals Be Delivered?
Rental orders are typically scheduled for delivery or warehouse pickup at least one day before your event. This helps ensure everything is in place and ready before your event begins.
If you need your rentals delivered on a specific day or by a certain time, please let our team know when requesting your quote or before finalizing your reservation. We'll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
When Will My Rentals Be Picked Up?
Rental orders are typically scheduled for pickup or warehouse return at least one day after your event.
If you need your rentals picked up on a specific day or by a certain time, please let our team know in advance. We'll work with you to accommodate your scheduling needs whenever possible, subject to availability.
