Weather Policy

Learn how weather may affect your rental, tent installation, and event plans, including our procedures for inclement weather and customer communication.

Weather is one of the few factors beyond anyone's control, but we're here to help make your event as successful as possible.

Tent Use

Our tents are designed to provide protection from sun, light rain, and normal outdoor conditions.

However, tents are not designed to withstand severe weather, including:

  • High winds (25+ mph winds)

  • Lightning

  • Hail

  • Heavy rain

  • Flooding

  • Other hazardous weather conditions

Severe Weather

If severe weather is forecasted before your event, our team will monitor conditions closely and communicate with you if the weather may impact:

  • Tent installation

  • Delivery schedules

  • Setup timing

  • Event safety

The safety of our customers, guests, and staff is always our highest priority.

Event Planning

We recommend having a weather contingency plan for outdoor events whenever possible.

Depending on the forecast, your options may include:

  • Adding sidewalls to your tent (if available)

  • Adjusting your event layout

  • Modifying your installation schedule

Weather During Your Event

If severe weather develops during your event, guests should seek appropriate shelter if conditions become unsafe.

Tents should never be considered protection from dangerous weather conditions such as lightning or high winds.
