Linen Damage Policy
Learn how to properly care for rented linens, what is considered normal wear and tear, and when additional cleaning or replacement charges may apply.
Our linens are professionally cleaned and inspected before every rental. We understand that some staining is unavoidable during normal event use, and we account for standard laundering after each rental.
Returning Your Linens
Before returning your linens, please:
Shake off any food, debris, or loose materials.
Leave linens dry whenever possible.
Place linens in the provided linen bags or designated containers.
Do not wash, dry, iron, or dry clean the linens.
Professional cleaning is included with every linen rental.
Normal Wear & Tear
Normal event use is expected and will not result in additional charges.
Examples include:
Food stains
Beverage spills
Dirt from normal use
These types of stains can typically be removed through our professional laundering process.
Damage Beyond Normal Wear & Tear
Additional cleaning or replacement charges may apply if linens are returned with damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Examples include:
Burns or scorch marks
Candle wax
Mold or mildew caused by returning wet linens
Paint
Permanent marker or ink
Bleach damage
Cuts, tears, or holes
Adhesives, glue, or tape residue that cannot be removed
