We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your rental order, please let us know as soon as possible.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify our team as early as possible.

  • Cancellations made more than two weeks before your scheduled delivery or pickup date may qualify for a partial refund, depending on your reservation.

  • Cancellations made within two weeks of your scheduled delivery or pickup date are typically non-refundable, as inventory has been reserved and preparations may already be underway.

Reducing Your Order

If you need to remove rental items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Order reductions requested more than two weeks before your scheduled delivery or pickup date may qualify for a partial refund. Requests made within the final two weeks are generally non-refundable.

If your event details change, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to inventory availability and scheduling.
