Learn how payment requirements work, when payment is due, and how your rentals are officially reserved with Hill Country Event Rentals.

To reserve your rentals, a payment is required at the time of booking. The amount due varies depending on your reservation.

Payment Requirements

Payment requirements are determined based on factors such as:

  • Event date

  • Order total

  • Reservation details

  • Customer type

Depending on your reservation, you may be required to make either a partial payment (50%) or payment in full when booking.

Your customized quote will clearly outline:

  • The payment required to reserve your rentals

  • Any remaining balance due

  • Payment due dates

Reserving Your Rentals

Your rental items are not reserved until:

  1. Your quote has been accepted.

  2. The required payment has been received.

Because inventory is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, we recommend booking as early as possible, especially during busy seasons.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards, ACH or bank transfers, checks, apple pay and cash. If you plan to pay by cash or check, please contact us in advance for instructions.
