Many of our rental items are available for warehouse pickup. Please note that tents and dance floors are not eligible for warehouse pickup and must be delivered and installed by our team.
Warehouse Pickup Hours
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Please review your contract for your exact pickup and return dates, as they may vary depending on your event date.
Pickup Location
Hill Country Event Rentals:
1361 Wald Rd
Building 2, Units 15–19
New Braunfels, TX 78132
Your rental items will be located in front of Units 18 & 19.
Your gate code will be provided at least three (3) days before your scheduled pickup date.
Before You Arrive
Please bring a vehicle that is large enough to safely transport your rental items.
Customers are responsible for loading, transporting, and properly securing all rental items. We recommend bringing straps, blankets, or other tie-down equipment if needed.
Before You Leave
Please inspect your order before leaving the warehouse to ensure:
You have received all rental items listed on your order.
The quantities are correct.
The items are in good condition.
If you notice any discrepancies or damaged items, please notify our team before leaving the warehouse so we can address them promptly.
