Delivery Information

We offer delivery throughout the Texas Hill Country for qualifying rental orders.

Delivery Eligibility

Delivery is available for rental orders totaling $500 or more. If your order does not meet the minimum, warehouse pickup is available.


Delivery Windows

We offer the following delivery options:

Standard Delivery

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Our team will arrive at any time within this delivery window.

Morning Delivery (Upon Request)

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Afternoon Delivery (Upon Request)

1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Morning and afternoon delivery windows are available upon request but are subject to availability.


After-Hours Delivery

After-hours delivery may be available for an additional fee. Please contact our team to discuss your event's scheduling needs.

Delivery Fees

Delivery is available for an additional fee. The cost varies depending on factors such as the delivery location, order size, and services requested.

For the most accurate delivery quote, please create and submit a Quote Request through our website. Be sure to include:

  • Your event or venue address

  • A note that you would like delivery

Our team will calculate the delivery fee and include it in your customized quote.

Before Delivery

To help ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure:

  • The delivery area is accessible.

  • Gates are unlocked or gate codes have been provided.

  • The setup area is clear of vehicles, furniture, and other obstacles.

  • Someone is available if our team has questions during delivery.

If your order includes a tent that will be staked, all underground utility lines must be marked before installation. Call 811 in advance if utility marking is needed.
